We’re creating an online support network for women living and working abroad.

Planning on moving to a new country? Already there and looking for support?

Navigating a new work culture or looking for remote work buddies?

Looking for real answers to your questions that you don’t want to post about online?

We’ve been there and while it is an exciting time of your life, it also can be ROUGH. That’s why we’re creating a spot on the internet where you can talk with women English speakers who understand where you’re coming from because they’ve already done it.

What’s the WANDER Network
all about?

Living and working in a new country is an incredible journey, filled with opportunities for growth, discovery, and breathtaking experiences. You're embracing new cultures, expanding your horizons, and building a life that many only dream of.

However, let's also acknowledge the reality: this amazing adventure can be incredibly challenging.

From navigating cultural nuances in the workplace to building a support system from scratch, all while potentially grappling with societal expectations that differ vastly from our home countries – the expat experience is a complex tapestry of highs and lows. We recognize that people move abroad for an infinite range of different reasons and in turn, have wildly different experiences.

You're not alone in navigating both the beauty and the difficulty.

This online forum is a feminist space built by and for women living and working abroad. We understand the hurdles you face – the career transitions, the visa complexities, the feeling of being "othered," the search for connection, and the constant negotiation of identity in a foreign land, all alongside the wonderful rewards of this path.

We believe in the power of women supporting women, especially when navigating the complexities – both wonderful and demanding – of building a life and career far from home.

Imagine having a place where you could:
